Order Questions
Refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened and in the original packaging. Exchanges are only for defective or damaged products.

Product Questions
We currently handle wholesale inquiries on a case by case basis. In the future we hope to develop a backend site for other retailers to directly order products from us.

Please Note: Not all products sold on our site are eligible for wholesale purchase.
Shipping Policies
Denkai Shoten ships to most countries around the world. However, there are a number that we currently do not ship to. That list is based on the International Mail Service Suspensions notice from the United States Postal Service.

In addition, Denkai Shoten currently does not ship to Japan. This may change in the future to allow users in Japan to purchase non-R18 products.
Regarding US State Age Verification Laws
Due to age verification laws in several US states, Denkai Shoten will not ship to the states listed below:
Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming

Unfortunately, international shipping isn't getting any cheaper either. One suggestion is to consider a proxy service to bulk order products to save on shipping.
We are also currently working with a number of retailers outside of the US so that our customers can purchase our products locally.
