For customers that purchased a U3 commission during Anime Expo 2026 at the Denpasoft booth, this news post will serve as an update on those requests.

E-mails will be sent out in the coming days to everyone that purchased a commission to verify that the information we have on the request forms are correct. At future events, we may look to use digital registration instead to avoid the misreading of e-mail addresses. Once your information is confirmed, an account on Denkai Shoten will be made along with an order in progress confirmation for your commission. When we have taken receipt of your commission, we will send out another reminder to add/update your shipping address.

Deadline for pick up from the artist is November 30, 2026. If we do not receive the completed work by that time, we will cancel the commission and refund your payment to a payment method of your choice.

In the case that additional information is required such as if the request was not clear to the artist then we will reach out to request clarification.
